Teresa

Teresa joined the team at the start of 2026. We met through a lovely mutual friend who thought she would be a perfect fit for Hook Home Help. Our mutual friend is called Laura and Teresa and her daughter had started writing letters to Laura’s mum during the lockdown knowing that was vulnerable and isolated. At the end of the lockdowns this act of kindness developed into a real life friendship between all generations. 

Although Laura’s mother has now passed away they are still firm friends. What a lovely story. 

Teresa is always cheerful and chatty and puts her heart and soul into everything. She is so kind and reliable and ready to help out wherever she is needed.
