  • Companion care is about having someone you can rely on for company and conversation and a bit of support when you need it.

    If you are new to the area, far from family, recently bereaved, or have spent some time in hospital, it can be helpful to have someone to talk to, and to be with you when you need someone there.

  • We aim to provide consistency wherever possible, so you can build a relationship with someone you know and trust.

    Occasionally, there may be times when a different team member steps in, but we will always communicate this with you.

  • It’s really important that you feel comfortable and at ease. If for any reason you feel it’s not the right fit, please let us know - we will always do our best to find someone who suits you better.

  • We are proud to offer flexible support to suit your needs. Most people start with an hour a week but we can increase it when needed, following an illness for example, and decrease again when you feel better.

  • I will invoice you at the end of the month by email and and would request that the invoice is paid online by bank transfer

  • We understand that plans can change. If you are unwell or need to cancel or rearrange a visit, just let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate.
