Happy Easter to everyone who reads our posts and to all our colleagues and clients. And thank you to everyone who has got in touch, said something nice, or recommended us to someone. I am often touched when I am out and about and people tell me how much they like reading the posts. I am sincerely grateful to everyone who mentions the business to someone who needs us.

And talking of gratitude, I had a lovely surprise this week when one of our clients gave me these flowers for Easter. Small acts of kindness is what we are all about. We are a tiny team of friends and neighbours trying to make a difference to the local community. We are providing help in and out of the home to people who need a bit of a support as they get older.

Every client needs something slightly different and we will take the time to people and to understand how we can help them best. This comes from having people who genuinely care and who take the time to listen.

Each client has their own helper who they get to know over time. We are not rushing off to the next appointment. We are maintaining long last relationships by being reliable and consistent. The person who you might get in to help around the house, can then become the person who you can turn to when times are tough.
