What does Hook Home Help do? We are supporting older people in the community with every aspect of daily life to help them remain happy and healthy at home. This can even include the post.

Sometimes the post can seem overwhelming. It can be hard to read or hard to understand. It can pile up and become too hard to start. We are happy to support people to deal with mountains of post, however high the mountain might be.

We will phone salespeople and cancel unwanted contracts and deal with any misunderstandings.

We will put important or confidential items in an agreed place for a family member to file or review. This can give everyone involved some peace of mind and for everyone involved, having support with the small stuff can make life easier.
