One of things that is wonderful about this job is that we are called in to support one person, but often end up making things easier for far more than one person. This review is from a friend of mine who was feeling overwhelmed by everything needed to look after her mum. We only pop in for one hour a week but that has already eased the strain on her and helped her be able to think clearly. 

Each week we make a bit of progress in the house and discuss how best we can support both her and her mum. Having some extra hands involved has helped her to be able to focus more clearly on what needs to be done first.
